This company are a renowned construction company specializing in roofing projects who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work within the industrial sector Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging a family like flexible environment encouraging a work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Design Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be based on site playing a crucial part overseeing and tracking projects. Working closely with the team, you will have a strong presence within the design department and work to produce technical drawings and assist at design review meetings.
The ideal candidate is a design manager who has worked in a similar role within the roofing/cladding industry. The Role:
- Design Manager
- AutoCAD level 2 or 3
- Fusion 360
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Produce and check drawings, models, Bills of Materials and design
- Attend design review meetings ensuring commercial awareness
The Person:
- 5 years experience in CAD Design & specific to Roofing & Cladding
- 5 years experience as a Design Manager
