In this role you will be based out of a single office in Hull and will be responsible for handling all forms of customer facing tasks. You will be responsible for supporting the administration, coordination and documentation of planned works as well as communicating with clients & customers and responding to urgent tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role where they have been responsible for general administration tasks, handling customer queries & complaints and liaising with internal staff and third-parties to support ongoing works.

The Role:
*Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
*Answering & logging tasks and requests from incoming calls
*Providing updates to both clients and customers regarding scheduled works
*General administration support to the wider company

The Person:
*Previous customer service and administration experience
*Excellent organisational skills
*Team player but also able to work alone
*Computer literate
