Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Office Based (Ideally Located: Manchester, Bolton, Stockport, Stretford, Worsley, Salford)
Are you a Customer Service Co-Ordinator looking to join an industry leader where you will play a key part in business relationships and development as well as assisting with specific requests from the companies' clients.

This is a flexible, days-based role where you will be office-based dealing with suppliers and clients over the phone, ensuring the companies smooth running of their client base. This role primarily covers all aspects of Customer Service.
This role would suit a Customer Service Co-Ordinator who is looking for a company which prioritises development as well as work life balance.
The Role:
- Liaising with the company's customer base as well as external suppliers
- Supporting with overseas clients.
- Maintaining good relationships and solving customer problems.
The Person:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to speak/write in both English and French (not essential).
- Great at resolving customer queries/problems.
