Milton Keynes - Hybrid

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

This company are a leading IDNO who due to recent investment and financial backing are seeing a period of substantial on-going growth. They have established themselves at the forefront of the market and are now poised to capitalise on that as they drive forward with their strategic business plan. Due to this ongoing growth and demand they are looking to bring in an additional Customer Delivery Manager.

In this role, you will have the option to work mainly remotely but will be expected to be available in the Milton Keynes office at least once a week. You will be responsible for managing the customer experience on a large range on projects. You will liaise between the customer and internal departments to ensure the smooth and effective role out of projects from initial design discussions to delivery. You will utilise Monday.com and stage and gate review processes to ensure the team always understand where projects are in the process and what the next steps will be. As the company continues to grow and the team expands there will be plenty of opportunities to climb the ladder and take on more responsibility.

The Role:
*Remote or office working in Milton Keynes
*Focus on the customer experience
*Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure stage gates are met and projects are successfully progressed to delivery
*Managing a large portfolio of multiple projects at one

The Person:
*Passion for excellent customer delivery
*Familiar with managing a large portfolio of projects
*Experience within a technical, engineering, utilities or construction type industry sector
