This is a chance to join a specialist team building custom test systems for global aviation and aerospace leaders. You'll be involved in every stage - from interpreting test plans and designing control systems, through to building and commissioning complete solutions that bring the equipment to life.
In this role, you'll be supported with on-the-job training, including 1-to-1 shadowing and mentoring from a Senior Engineer, with the chance to earn LabVIEW certification and build highly sought-after skills.

The Role:
Design and implement control systems for custom-built test equipment
Set up LabVIEW-based control tools to operate systems during testing
Work alongside cross-functional engineers to bring test plans to life
The Person:
Background in controls, automation, or systems engineering
Experience with LabVIEW (comfortable modifying or setting up systems)
Hands-on approach, ideally with instrumentation or fluid systems exposure
Willing to travel 2-3 times per year (expenses fully covered)
