Worthing, covering sites across London, surrey, Sussex, Kent and Wiltshire
£40,000 - £45,000 + Profit Share + Company Car + Fuel Card + Package + Continuous Training

You will be responsible for managing landscaping projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring teams are resourced correctly, works are delivered safely, and quality standards are consistently met. The role is hands-on and client-facing, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage people, programmes, and suppliers effectively.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a background in landscaping or horticulture, with experience managing sites or contracts and leading teams on live projects. Who has strong communication skills to effectively communicate to various level of stakeholders.

The Role:
- Managing a variety of different projects
- Ensuring high standards of quality, health and safety
- Being direct contact with clients, on site and in house teams
- Officed based in Worthing, with weekly site travel
The Person:
- Site, Project or Contracts Manager
- Experience in Horticulture or Landscaping
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Commutable distance to their office in Worthing and happy to travel
