This well-established company provides high-quality building and maintenance services to clients across the region. Following continued growth, they are now seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join their busy office near King's Lynn.
This key role offers a mix of office & site-based work, supporting project contracts across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for project coordination, cost control, progress tracking, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout delivery.

The Role:
- Schedule planned and reactive maintenance projects
- Log progress on the tracking system
- Liaise with project teams and labour
- Supporting the costing of projects
- Office-based, with site travel required
The Person:
- Pro-active and can-do attitude
- Organised, professional, and customer-focused.
- Confident communicator with good computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
- Full Driving License
