Construction Superintendent - Lighting Installation (Graduate Entry Level)
New York City - Fully On-Site
$110,000-$115,000 + Bonus up to $10K + Medical + Dental + PTO + 401(k) + Career Training & Support

This role is perfect for someone hungry to grow in the construction industry, joining a well-established team leading a city-wide school LED retrofit program across NYC. You'll be at the forefront of improving energy efficiency and facility safety in educational environments.
This is not your typical Superintendent job-it's designed for candidates ready to prove themselves in the field and take ownership of their projects. Ideal for those looking to build a career in site management, especially within electrical and lighting installation.
You'll start in a fully supported role, with training provided on OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and project supervision. As you develop, there's a clear path to move into more senior roles such as Construction Manager and Project Executive.
The Role:
- Oversee day-to-day site activity for lighting installations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, PMs, and school representatives
- Attend site walk-throughs and client meetings

- Must be motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a leadership role
- Be hard-working and on-site full time
- Willing to learn and develop skills
