£50'000-£55'000 + Hybrid working + Public sector role + Brilliant pension + 38 days holiday!

Do you have construction project management from a consultancy background?

Are you looking for a varied and technical interesting role within the public sector which offers stability and excellent benefits?

In this role you will work alongside the head of development. In the early stages you will be involved in 2 key project which are a office refurbishment and office acquisition,

Once the 3 major projects have been completed you role will be focused more on the pre construction phase of the projects inc cost management, design management and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have construction project management experience from a consultancy background. You would have had exposure to reading and pre construction activities.

This is a brilliant role for someone who is looking for a long term career stability, good work life balance, slower pace of life yet be challenged on a day to day basis.

The role:
*Work on projects that are high priority.
*Office accommodation for the group, they have been working hybrid since covid, they have a view that they want to go back to an office environment.
*Another project- refurbishment project, 5 million project, has planning consent, they have funded issues, longer term scheme that need development.
*Third project- A development technical issues with the houses (defects_ large piece of work that need to be surveyed, design remedial measures, development through to get works done (cost management, design management, risk management, stakeholder management.
*37 hours a week

The person
*Must have a strong background in construction
*5 years experience of delivering projects
*Degree qualified
* Must be commutable to Haverfordwest
*Candidates must have an understanding of design and development process
