This industry-leading company specializes in the repair, alteration, and maintenance of Federal Buildings throughout Virginia. They are now seeking a Construction Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from planning and bidding through execution.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with Construction Management and Estimating experience, looking to enhance their skillset while progressing within a fast growing organization.
The Role:
- Lead multiple construction and repair projects across Virginia
- Prepare cost estimates and statements of work for bidding
- Travel to sites as required
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
