Are you a Construction Manager with an Electrical background looking to join an industry-leading company where you will play a key part in bespoke BESS and Renewable Energy projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of talented team and work on high-impactful Energy projects with opportunities to progress to Senior Project Manager or Director of Construction.

In this role, you will work on large-scale MEP and Renewable Energy Projects, manage finances, and foster client relationships. This role presents the opportunity for career advancement and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving industry.
This role would suit an ambitious Construction Manager who has a background in large-scale electrical projects and is seeking a chance to progress within the Renewable Energy and BESS industry.
The Role
- Oversee the construction process from cradle to grave
- 50% Hybrid
- 2 Years Tempt Contract with the opportunity to become a full time employee
- Progression to Director of Construction or Senior Project Manager
The Person
- Electrical Construction background e.g. Substations, BESS Etc
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate resources and meet project deadlines.
- Based in or can commute to Santa Paula, California.
