In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of site staff, project managers, superintendents & design team/architects to understand the drawings & apply what is required to ensure the projects runs smoothly. Along with this, you will need to have the ability to read & apply relevant construction documentation & hold client meetings. & also, this Construction Manager will need to possess the ability to run multiple projects at one time.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Construction Manager within the new construction & renovation sectors for Home building & residential projects. Ideally, this suits someone looking for a company that is team focussed & a great place to work, while offering excellent technical progression & operates within an ambitious & supportive culture. Role:
* Ensuring the onsite team, subcontractors, superintendents & project managers are completing necessary responsibilities to achieve project success
* Delegation & orchestrating construction related responsibilities
* Client facing role
* Progression to lead operations
The Person:
* Experienced in running multiple projects at one time
* Local to Maryland, Virginia & Washington DC area
* Valid driver license
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff & clients
