Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Multiple Bonuses + Healthcare + PTO + Career Progression

Due ot genuine value placed on employees within this company it offers the opportunity progress rapidly to oversee the entire Estimating department.
In this role, you will be based in their Dallas office where you will have the rare opportunity to estimate a variety of commercial aquatic construction projects, progress your career quickly and be a key part of a business experience massive growth.
Your responsibilities will include preparing project estimates reviewing proposals and total project costs, managing and training junior estimates and if desired, steering the direction of the entire department.
