Warsaw, Indiana (Commutable from: Warsaw, Elkhart, Fort Wayne, Goshen, Notre Dame)

$120,000 - $135,000 + Specialist Training + Progression + Hybrid Working + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Compensation Specialist/Manager looking to play a pivotal role at growing business, offering specialist training and career progression?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned organization, where you will take a technical lead on implementing and developing a compensation structure, as well as being offered the opportunity to move cross-departmentally and receive further qualifications.

This family-owned business are at the forefront of their industry and are expanding exponentially. They have an emphasis on upskilling their staff by offering tuition reimbursement, external training and support on a variety of certifications.

In this role you will spearhead the implementation and development of a well-respected organization's compensation structure. This will be based on a compensation study conducted by a third party contractor, and will entail providing compensation ranges for new positions and current employees. You will also assist in the development of a new learning management system down the line.

This role would suit a Compensation Specialist/Manager looking to join an expanding organization, offering the opportunity to spearhead the implementation and development of a brand new compensation structure, whilst receiving specialist training and receiving further qualifications.
