Commercial Estimator (Roofing)
$90,000 - $120,000 (D.O.E) + Bonus + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k + PTO + Benefits

Are you a Commercial Roofing Estimator, looking to join an award winning company, where you'll work on high-profile, technically diverse projects?

This role would suit a Commercial Estimator with experience working in a broad range of roofing systems, looking for a long term career where you'll gain exposure to lots of technically interesting projects.
The Role:
- Prepare and take ownership of the full estimating process across all major commercial roof systems
- Produce accurate, detailed bid estimates including job logistics, staging, and safety considerations
- Communicate directly with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to build strong working relationships
- Maintain and update the CRM with live bid data and follow up on outstanding bids
- Transition bid details to the project management team for smooth delivery
The Person:
- Commercial Roofing Estimator
- Experience across all major roof systems
- Comfortable working with roofing CRMs such as Edge, Dataforma or Salesforce
