In this role, you will supervise machinists and operators, coordinate production schedules, monitor performance metrics, and act as a key point of contact between the shop floor and management. You will also play an important role in training, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on CNC leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The Role:
*Monday- Friday 2nd shift.
*Supervise CNC machining operations and employees on 2nd shift.
*Coordinate daily production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
The Candidate:
*Background in CNC machining with supervisory or lead experience.
*Strong understanding of CNC processes, quality control, and production flow.
*Proven ability to lead teams and maintain positive employee relations.
