CNC Setter / Operator (Milling / Lathes)
£35,000 - £38,000 (OTE - £45,000) + Programming Training+ Unlimited Optional 1.5X Overtime + Technical Training + Bonuses + Progression
Job Type: Full-time Days 8:30 - 4:30
Are you a CNC Setter / Operator with experience on Milling machines that is looking to step into a role that offers full technical training and progression with the scope of you to become a go-to technical programmer?
On offer is a days based role that will require often travel across the UK, that also offers unlimited optional 1.5x overtime and bonuses so you can maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC/milling machines
- Frequent travel across the UK - All paid
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
- Work with team members to produce high-quality bespoke parts.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC/Milling Machine Setter Operator
- Train/qualification in CNC/Milling Machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
