The Company
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing manufacturer entering an exciting new phase of expansion in the US. Backed by significant investment, they're building a state-of-the-art facility in Arizona to meet rapidly growing demand across North America. They are now looking for a dynamic COO to lead operations, establish best-in-class manufacturing systems, and drive the business from start-up to steady-state excellence.
The Role
As Chief Operating Officer, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in shaping the future of the organization.
You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of plant setup - from layout, systems, and supply chain to staffing and operational readiness.
- Building and leading a high-performing manufacturing and operations team.
- Implementing lean manufacturing, safety, and quality systems from day one.
- Driving efficiency, output, and scalability while maintaining operational excellence.
- Partnering closely with the CEO and investors to deliver rapid, sustainable growth.

The Person
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations, ideally from start-up or greenfield through to full production.
- Strong background in operational leadership within industrial, manufacturing, or advanced production environments.

- Expert in operational systems, process design, and team leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something world-class.
