Fleet, Office-Based

Do you have CAD skills working on highways or drainage projects? Are you seeking a company where your work matters and your development is encouraged?

This consultancy is respected in the transport and infrastructure sector, delivering design solutions across residential, educational, healthcare, sporting, environmental, and mixed-use projects. The team offers hands-on mentorship, access to external training, and two appraisals per year with clear career progression. You'll produce CAD drawings for highways and drainage schemes, support Engineers with design and project delivery, assist with reports and cost estimates, and work closely with the team to ensure all work meets budget, programme, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience using CAD within highway design and a background in a consultancy or civil engineering environment. You'll have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing precise, high-quality work. We are looking for someone keen to build a long-term career, taking full advantage of structured progression opportunities, and based at a commutable distance to Fleet.

The Role

  • Produce detailedCAD drawings for highways and drainage schemes
  • Support Engineers with technical design tasks and project delivery
  • Assist in preparing drawings, reports, schedules and cost estimates
  • Work alongside Directors, Engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Ensure all work meets programme, budget and accuracy standards

  • Proven experience usingCAD within highway design

  • Able to commute daily to Fleet
