$55,000 - $60,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime (1.5x multiplier) + Paid Time Off + 401(k) + Full Training

As a CAD Technician you will be tasked with developing designs using AutoCAD from scratch using a creative and problem-solving approach, whilst adhering to company and area regulations. Your contribution will be instrumental in the upcoming projects and growth phase of the company.

This is a great opportunity to rapidly develop in an industry where you can show your flare for design and develop technically through on the job training.

The Role:
* Develop construction using software such as 2D and 3D design software.
* Read and analyze existing blueprints, design drawings, and plans.
* Project scheduling
* Routinely produce accurate drawings promptly and efficiently.

The Person:
* Landscape / Architectural / Structural / Civil Engineering experience
* AutoCAD experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
