$90,000 - $120,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE $150k-$200k) + 6% 401(k) + Full Medical Benefits Paid for + Progression + Holidays + PTO

The Role:
- Hunter/prospector position - full autonomy to build your own pipeline and go-to-market approach
- Dedicated private office from day one
- Travel to meet with customers in person
The Candidate:
- Background in defense or engineering sales with established networks into the U.S. military, defense primes or the defense supply chain
- Technical background to understand the scope of work.
- Prospector mentality, comfortable generating own pipeline and qualifying opportunities before passing to a technical team to close
