Excellent opportunity on offer for a Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales professional to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization where you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the Southeast territory.

On offer is a technically challenging position where you will be directly involved in selling specialized industrial solutions into complex manufacturing environments.

The company is a well-established global organization operating across multiple industrial sectors and supplying engineered solutions to a wide range of manufacturing customers.

Known for their strong reputation, innovative approach and continued investment in growth, they are now looking to expand their commercial presence across the Southeast United States and are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support this expansion.

In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. You will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and provide tailored solutions that improve efficiency, protection and logistics performance. The role involves regular travel across the territory with minimal overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with a strong hunter mentality who enjoys building relationships and identifying new opportunities. Experience selling into industrial sectors such as energy, aerospace or automotive is essential, however individuals with strong commercial instincts and the ability to learn technical solutions quickly are also encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* New business development across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia
* Selling specialized industrial solutions to manufacturing customers
* Building relationships with OEM customers across multiple sectors
* Territory-based role with approximately 50% travel
* $80,000 - $100,000 + 10-15% Bonus + Extensive Training + Career Progression + Full Benefits

The Person:

* Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales background
* Natural hunter with a strong drive to open new accounts
* Experience within industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or energy sectors
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Motivated by learning, development and long-term career progression
