Business Development Manager
Spalding/Boston (Lincolnshire) - Field based
£35,000 - £40,000 (OTE £70k+) + On-Job Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday + Commission + Vehicle + Progression + Hybrid
Are you an Business development manager looking to join a rapidly growing, well-established company providing the opportunity to progress and earn commission?
On offer is an exciting new permanent opportunity for a Salesperson/BDM looking to join a growing company that provides opportunities to progress, ongoing training, and a competitive salary with an OTE of £70k+
This company specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke machinery, including boilers, shredders, and other industrial equipment, with a strong focus on practical, build-ready engineering solutions. They also work withing the Plumbing/heating, Oil, Solar and Biomass sectors with a focus on sustainability and promoting renewable energy.
In this role, you will be responsible for visiting potential new clients and identifying businesses within the Lincolnshire area.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in Solar, Biomass or plumbing/heating, who is looking for a role with good earning potential and the opportunity to upskill/Progress.
The Role:
- Cold call and new client identification/visits
- Business development and bring in new business
- Covering Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
- Commission and progression
The Person:
- Sales experience within Solar, Biomass, plumbing/heating or Electromechanical sectors
- Ability to visit clients and cold call
- Commutable to Spalding/Boston
- Driving license
