£45,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

A very rare and exciting opportunity for an MRICS certified building surveyor looking to step up and gain more experience in their career.

This well established company are a work within the high end luxury residential market, covering multiple areas of building surveying. They have steady workflow, are continuing to expand their reputation in the industry and are expanding at a steady pace. Due to this growth, this company are now looking to take on a Chartered Building Surveyor in line with their long term growth plans and as their workload increases.

Work will include conducting regular site inspections, carrying out building surveys on a wide portfolio of properties, drawing specifications for works, tender analysis for works, project managing projects from conception to completion and liaising with high end residential clients. There will be a good balance of site work and office work, working alongside top tier clients and varied projects.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified, have a good understanding of building surveying; however this role is open to both newly chartered surveyors, and experienced chartered surveyors with 5+ years experience.

  • Experience working with Major Works
  • MRICS accreditation is essential
  • Good building surveying knowledge
  • Looking for diverse workload and project autonomy
