Building Surveyor
Commutable from Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon (Hybrid Working Available)
£55,000 - £65,000 + 8% Pension + Bonus Scheme + 25 Days Holiday + CPD & Chartership Support + Career Progression

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Chartered Building Surveying and Design practice that's been delivering exceptional results for over 35 years. Specialising in listed buildings, refurbishments, and planning design, they've built a strong reputation for quality, expertise, and client satisfaction.
Due to a recent opening, they're looking for a skilled Building Surveyor to take on a diverse portfolio of projects and become a key member of their small, close-knit team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to Senior level, with a long-term path toward partnership or directorship for the right person.
In this role, you'll manage projects from initial brief through to completion, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, Level 2 & 3 surveys, repairs, and refurbishments. You'll work across a mix of residential, commercial, and heritage buildings, primarily within a 30-mile radius of Cirencester.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Building Surveying, preferably with exposure to listed or historic buildings, and will be confident managing projects independently. RICS or Associate RICS status is essential.

The Role:
- Undertake Level 2 & 3 Surveys, dilapidations, and schedules of condition
- Manage refurbishment and repair projects from inception to completion
- Work on listed and historic buildings, pubs, and bespoke properties
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Based in Cirencester, with projects within 30 miles
- Hybrid and flexible working available
The Person:
- Experienced Building Surveyor.
- RICS or Associate RICS qualified.
- Knowledge of planning and building regulations.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a long-term mindset.
