BMS Project Manager (Site based)
Central London
£70,000 - £90,000 + Progression + 28 days Holiday + Private Health Care

This company are specialists within their field, they have recently secured some ground breaking projects within BMS. They have consistently turned over millions of pounds in the last 5 years and they want to bring on more Project Managers as a result of this success.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company, managing a team of engineers on large projects, ensuring they are cost effective and the projects are delivered on time.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager or someone from a BMS / Facilities background, looking to work for a multi million pound business, on exciting projects in Central London with great career opportunities.
The Role:
- Manage all stages of the BMS project lifecycle
- Lead and support the project team
- Oversee pre-construction activities, site mobilisation, installation contractors, and commissioning contractors.
- Maintain strong focus on health & safety compliance across all project phases.
- Manage client relationships
- Take responsibility for commercial performance, including cost control and reporting
The Person:
- Knowledge of the BMS industry.
- Track record ofdelivering large-scale BMS projects.
- Solid understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
