€60,000 - €75,000 + Overtime Pay + Annual Bonus + 28 Days Holiday + Fuel Allowance
Are you looking to take on a hands-on engineering role within an innovative aviation manufacturer?
Do you have experience with avionics within lightweight aircraft?
I am currently representing a long-established aviation OEM specialising in the design and build of modern lightweight aircraft using advanced composite materials. Founded over 100 years ago, they continue to push boundaries in prototyping and production and are now seeking an Avionics Technician to support their operations in Wessling.
In this position, you will act as the vital link between Production and Engineering, playing a key role in the viability, assembly, and integration of new avionics designs. This is a varied role with involvement in troubleshooting, testing, installations, flight support, and prototype development.
You will benefit from a collaborative environment, exposure to exciting aircraft projects, paid overtime, and the opportunity to influence how new avionics solutions are implemented.
The Role:
- Act as a bridge between Production and Engineering teams
- Assess feasibility of new avionics designs
- Assist with design implementation and practical execution
- Assemble avionics solutions, wiring harnesses, and electrical components
- Support flight tests and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct sample installations for product fitment and usability
The Candidate:
- Experience in general or lightweight aircraft avionics
- Background in manufacturing, prototyping, or production engineering
- Fluent in German and English
- Hands-on mindset and problem-solving approach
- Open to varied daily tasking and practical work
