An excellent opportunity for a chartered Commercial Building Surveyor looking to join a world leading company, where you will play a key role as they look to expand into an exciting new sector.

Established for over 50 years this company specialise in the provision of integrated business solutions. They have established themselves as a world leader in their industry, operating in over 60 countries across the globe. They are constantly adapting to suit their client's needs and are currently in the process of building a new team to help them grow an exciting new sector. Due to this they are now looking for a Associate Director to join their expert team.
In this role you will be tasked with completing surveys on commercial properties in order to support a range of construction and repair projects. This role is a key part of a new team that the company is targeting for massive growth. Due to this, they are looking for someone who is happy to be in their Central London office a few times per month in order build relationships with other teams within the company. The sites you'll cover will be around the London area, so on days when you are not in the office you'll be travelling to those or working from home. With the massive growth planned, there will be progression to director level for the person.
This role would therefore suit a chartered Building Surveyor with proven experience working on commercial properties, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role at a world leading business.
