This company is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support site operations across modular multifamily projects. You'll be working closely with experienced leaders, developing your skills, and playing an important part in delivering projects that will positively shape the local community.

The Role:
- Support daily on-site operations for modular multifamily construction projects.
- Work closely with the Site Superintendent, subcontractors, and field staff.
- Help ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Assist with scheduling, site coordination, and reporting.
- Gain hands-on experience to progress toward a Superintendent role.
The Person:
- Previous construction experience, ideally in multifamily or modular projects.
- Looking to step into a leadership role with career progression opportunities.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Motivated to learn and develop under experienced leadership.
