Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Marlborough, with occasional site travel across Wessex
£30,000 - £35,000 + Pool Car + Package + Chartership Support + Training + Progression

This growing contractor operates across Wessex, specialising in luxury residential projects, including both new builds and full refurbishments. Working with a variety of exclusive clients and property developers, they have built a strong reputation for quality since their inception. Due to a period of growth and an increasing workload, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, with your time split between the office and occasional site visits. You will assist in producing cost plans and cash flows, as well as preparing tenders and pricing documents. You will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor throughout the tender process, evaluations, and contract negotiations. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will attend site and client meetings to help ensure projects run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor with some experience in the construction sector, eager to progress and develop their career.

The Role:
- Working on high-end residential projects
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with all commercial aspects of projects
- Office based near Marlborough, with occasional site travel across Wessex

The Person:
- Graduate, Junior, or Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Some exposure to the construction industry
- Within a commutable distance of the Marlborough office and happy to travel
- Full UK driving licence
