Assistant Project Manager
$95,000 - $120,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package
Westchester County, NY (Commutable from Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island)

You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, gaining hands-on experience managing schedules, budgets, and technical coordination, with structured support and training to help you progress.

In this role, you will assist in the delivery of MEP scopes across multiple sites in Westchester and the 5 boroughs. You will support subcontractor coordination, monitor installation progress, track budgets and schedules, help ensure compliance with design and code requirements, and maintain safety and quality standards. You will also review submittals, assist with RFIs, and support commissioning and system start-up.
This role would suit an MEP professional ready to step into project management, gain hands-on experience across high-profile projects, and progress toward a senior project leadership role.
The Role:
- Assist in managing MEP scopes across multiple sites, supporting on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and help resolve technical challenges on site.
- Track budgets, schedules, and compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.
- Support review of submittals, RFIs, commissioning, and system start-up.
The Person:
- MEP professional with commercial construction experience, ideally looking to transition into project management.
- Good technical understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple sites and teams.
- Ambitious, looking to take ownership of responsibilities and progress into a project leadership role.
