Established for over 50 years, this niche General Contractor specializes in the design and build of structures used within the transportation, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution sectors across Texas and throughout the US. They have built a reputation for delivering a service unparalleled within the market and remain the go to company, utilizing the most innovative, dependable and sustainable approaches to meet their client's goals. As a result of winning a number of lucrative contracts they already have an order book that will see them through to 2025, therefore offering job stability. Due to this growth they are looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to join their close knit and loyal team.


In this role you will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, managing risks and monitoring project progress. You will be liaising with critical stakeholders from the owners and architects to the contractors on site, whilst also making adjustments, managing the supply chain and maintaining project records from start to completion.


This role would ideally suit an Assistant Project Manager who is looking for longevity within their career, a stable team to learn from and a desire to work for a company that are well known to look after their loyal staff.

The Role:

  • Assistant Project Manager
  • Develop and manage plans and schedules.
  • Responsible for fundamental operations including scheduling, overseeing budgets and managing costs and risks.
  • Liaising with critical stakeholders including the owners, architects and the contractors; acting as the primary contact.
  • Maintain records, quality standards and monitor safety.
  • Based in Texas
  • $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Housing/Food/Daily Allowance + Insurances


The Person:

  • Assistant Project Manager
  • 3 years of Commercial/Light Industrial/Manufacturing project experience
  • Experience working on projects with values of $5m - $30m
  • Looking for a long term stable role with a tight knit, supportive team
