Assembly Supervisor
Langhorne, Pennsylvania (Commutable from Philadelphia, Doylestown, Newton, Hatboro, Levittown, Morrisville, Bristol, Cherry Hill, Princeton, Trenton)
$75,000 - $85,000 Per Year + Quarterly Bonus + Overtime + PTO + Public holiday + Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) + 401K + Life Insurance + Progression + Other Excellent Benefits.

In this high-impact technical role, your advanced knowledge of mechanics will prove crucial to the site's operational efficiency. You'll work closely alongside management to ensure assembly procedures are coordinated correctly and roles and responsibilities are assigned effectively. The role involves advanced electromechanical assembly procedures across a range of custom-designed equipment, supported by experience using 3D CAD software to model, build, and deliver high quality products.
This role would suit a Lead Assembler or Supervisor from the industrial manufacturing sector, looking to step into a senior role and boost their earnings through great compensation and quarterly bonuses.
The Role:
- 1st Shift.
- Lead and support electromechanical assembly operations.
- Provide hands on technical assistance, equipment inspection, and support team performance.
The Candidate:
- Previous experienced in lead mechanical assembly or supervisory role.
- Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills.
- Knowledge of electromechanical assembly and CAD software.
- Minimum associates degree
