In this role, you will work closely with distributors and key accounts, provide on-site application support, troubleshoot machining challenges, recommend tooling solutions, and support process optimization initiatives. You will play a critical part in improving productivity, strengthening relationships, and delivering high-level technical service in a performance-driven territory.

The Role:
Provide application support for CNC machining and cutting tool solutions
Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, tool life, and quality
Support distributors and key customers with on-site technical troubleshooting
Train customer and distributor teams on tooling applications and best practices
The Candidate:
Previous experience as an Application Engineer, CNC Machinist, or Manufacturing Engineer
Strong knowledge of CNC machining and cutting tool applications
Ability to manage a large territory and work independently in the field
Excellent communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach
Comfortable delivering hands-on technical training and process support
