Account Manager (Water Industry) - Training into Sales

South UK / M4 Corridor / Bristol / Swindon / Gloucester

£40,000 - £50,000 + Commission + Quarterly Bonuses + Car + Life Insurance + Cash Plan + 10% Pension Match + 26 Days Holiday (Bank Holidays Excluded) + Job Security + Training

Do you have strong experience and a solid understanding of the UK water industry, looking to take the next progressive step in your career as an account manager?

Are you looking to utilise your knowledge of the UK water industry to upskill into sales and account management, within an industry leading organisation?

On offer is the chance to join a leading product supplier who work in water infrastructures across the globe. They produce and distribute telemetric network monitoring equipment for the water, wastewater, and gas network industries on a global scale - ranging from leak detection, pressure control and flow control.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the UK water industry and be looking to use their knowledge to progress their career. They will have a history of relationship development, as well as a technical understanding of the sector to ensure they can represent client needs.

The role will include account management - management of stakeholder relationships as well as sales and effective product representation.

The Role -

  • Managing accounts across the South UK.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through strategic market analysis.
  • Upholding multiple stake holder relationships at one time - ensuring clients and accounts are happy and needs are met.
  • Practical demonstration of product

The Candidate -

  • Experience within the water industry.
  • Ability to sell, with experience in sales extremely advantageous.
  • Commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication
  • Willing to do field sales, with travel across the South a part of the role.
