Are you an experienced Site Foreperson or skilled Joiner looking to take the next step in your career? Are you happy to travel regularly and stay away on projects across the UK?

This established contractor specialises in commercial fit-out projects across the hospitality, restaurant, retail and leisure sectors. With a strong reputation and growing project portfolio, they are looking to strengthen their site delivery team.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. For those coming from a hands-on joinery background, full support and training will be provided to develop your supervisory and management skills.

The position involves regular travel and staying away, predominantly across the Midlands, North and Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term stability, ongoing development and genuine progression from Site Foreperson into Site Management.

The Role:

• Overseeing daily site operations on commercial fit-out projects
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards
• Regular UK-wide travel and staying away for extended periods
• Training and progression into Site Management

The Person:

• Experienced Site Foreperson, Working Foreperson, Site Supervisor or skilled Joiner looking to step up
• Background in fit-out, shopfitting or commercial joinery
• Relevant qualifications, SSSTS, SMSTS, or CSCS are desirable
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Willing to travel regularly and stay away
• Full UK driving licence
