Are you an experienced Operations Manager, Head of Operations or Manufacturing Manager from a Food Production, Manufacturing or Automation background looking to join a growing business offering autonomy, strategic responsibility and a clear route to Directorship?

This established business operates within the Industrial Automation and Engineering sectors, delivering specialist solutions to customers across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their senior leadership team.

In this Monday - Friday, office-based role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including Production, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, developing teams and implementing processes to support continued expansion.

This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager, General Manager or Head of Operations looking for a senior leadership position offering significant autonomy, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to progress into Directorship.

The Role:

• Oversee operations across Engineering, Production, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Drive operational performance, continuous improvement and business growth.
• Manage budgets, resources, departmental performance and senior teams.
• Monday - Friday, office-based position with progression to Directorship.

The Candidate:

• Operations Manager / Head of Operations / General Manager / Operations Director.
• Strong operational leadership experience within Food Production, Manufacturing or Automation.
• Experience managing multiple departments, budgets and operational processes.
• Commutable to Sligo, Ireland.
