Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level)

Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £35 - 45K Year 1) | Structured Training | Rapid Progression & Leadership Opportunities
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)
Location: London - Bank

What you'll actually be doing

This is a sales-led, people-focused role where you'll learn how to:

• Interview professionals in your market, understanding their career goals and motivations
• Build relationships with businesses and develop new clients
• Manage interview processes, feedback, offers and negotiations
• Work to targets and develop your own "desk" with full support
• Become a specialist and trusted advisor in your niche

Training & progression

You don't need recruitment experience. You do need drive. You'll get:

• Structured onboarding and daily coaching
• Clear targets and a plan to hit commission ASAP
• Ongoing training focused on promotion and leadership development

What we're looking for

• Motivated, goal-driven and money-motivated
• Confident communicator (or ready to build that confidence fast)
• Resilient mindset and strong work ethic
• Competitive nature
• Sales experience is helpful, but not essential
