Senior Consultant, Identity & Access (FTC until March 2027)
Bristol - Remote (1 day a month on-site)
£70,000 - £80,000 + Fixed-Term Contract to March 2027 + Benefits Package

Are you an experienced Identity & Access Management professional looking to play a key role in a large-scale identity transformation programme where you can influence strategy, lead complex design reviews, and provide technical assurance across multiple enterprise platforms and global stakeholders?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme, supporting the design, governance and successful delivery of enterprise identity and access management solutions. You will work across HR, security, architecture, application and regional teams to ensure identity services are delivered in a secure, controlled and scalable manner.

The successful candidate will lead discovery activities, review integration and migration designs, coordinate specialist suppliers, and provide assurance across identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management and single sign-on initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying risks, dependencies and delivery challenges while supporting programme governance and stakeholder engagement.

This role would suit a senior IAM consultant with strong experience across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR-driven identity lifecycle management, application migrations and enterprise integrations. Experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SAP or Saviynt would be highly advantageous.

The Role:

• Lead discovery workshops and define identity transformation requirements
• Review and assure identity lifecycle, governance and provisioning designs
• Assess application integration, SSO and migration readiness
• Coordinate suppliers and manage cross-functional delivery dependencies
• Support governance, risk management, testing and operational handover

The Person:

• Strong experience delivering enterprise identity transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and identity lifecycle management
• Experience with HR-driven workflows and identity governance solutions
• Ability to review complex integrations, migrations and technical designs
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery assurance skills
• Exposure to Saviynt, Adaxes, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or SAP preferred
