Are you a Senior/Lead Electronics Engineer looking to make the step up into a managerial position, where you will take the lead on exciting product development projects?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking engineering business in a senior position where you will have the autonomy to influence technical direction, drive innovation and shape engineering strategy.

You will take ownership of electrical, electronics and embedded systems engineering, combining your technical expertise with the opportunity to lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers.

This position would suit an Electronics Engineer with lead, supervisory or management experience, looking for an autonomous role with progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Lead electrical and electronic design, including PCBs, control circuits and high-voltage systems
• Drive reliability improvements, fault-finding and root cause analysis.
• Lead and develop a team of three engineers, managing priorities and project delivery

The Candidate:

• Experienced Electronics Engineer
• Lead, supervisory or management experience
• PCB design/development experience
