Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £30k - £40k Year 1) | Industry-leading training | Clear progression (to leadership)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Early finish Friday!)

What you'll be doing

Recruitment is a sales-focused role. You'll learn how to:

• Source and interview talent in your market (phone + LinkedIn)
• Build relationships with businesses and develop new clients
• Manage the full process: qualification, interviews, feedback, offers
• Negotiate and close deals
• Become a specialist within your market

Training & progression

No recruitment experience? No problem. You'll receive:

• Structured onboarding and continuous training
• Daily coaching and support from high performers
• Clear targets and development plans aimed at promotion
