Are you a Project Manager from an HVAC background looking to step into the renewable heating sector, with full heat pump training and the chance to take real ownership of installations across the South West?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an MCS accredited specialist installer, in a role that will develop your technical knowledge across air source, air-to-air and ground source heat pump projects, while giving you responsibility to drive programmes, quality and safe delivery from start to finish.

This well-established company have built an excellent reputation for their service offering and quality of work. Due to continued growth and ongoing demand, they are now looking to add an Installation Project Manager to support the Technical Director and help bring further structure and stability to project delivery.

In this role you will plan, coordinate and manage heat pump installations across Devon (with projects also covering Cornwall, Somerset and Bristol). You will split your time between the office and site, supporting the installation team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget across domestic and small commercial work (typically £5k - £125k).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HVAC Project Manager looking to move into renewables, develop their heat pump knowledge and take on a pivotal role in a growing specialist company with long-term prospects.

The Role:

• Plan, coordinate and manage delivery of heat pump installation projects across the South West
• Mix of office and site-based work, supporting the Technical Director and installation team
• Ensure projects are completed safely, to quality standards, within programme and budget
• Projects across domestic and small commercial sites, typically £5k - £125k
• Training on heat pumps will be provided

The Person:

• Project Manager / Contracts Manager / similar, with an HVAC background
• Knowledge of CDM and a strong focus on safe delivery
• Full UK driving license
