North London / City of London (Commutable from: Enfield, Barnet, Watford, St Albans, Romford, Ilford, Wembley, Harlow)

Are you a Project Manager or a Mechanical Engineer and looking to step up into a Project Manager position where you will be given full ownership of projects and real development opportunities?

Do you want to become the go-to point of contact for clients, manage a range of projects from smaller works through to £1m+ values, and build a long-term career with a growing specialist contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established mechanical building services business delivering Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC projects across commercial sites. You will be supported with on-the-job training and the opportunity to gain further qualifications as you develop in the role.

In this role you will take ownership of multiple projects, acting as the main client contact, attending site to check progress, and working closely with the Operations Manager and Director on programmes and set-up.

This role would suit a Project Manager or a Mechanical Engineer looking to move into Project Management, develop their skillset, and progress long-term as the business continues to grow.

The Role:

• Managing multiple mechanical building services projects across commercial sites
• Main point of contact for clients, with full ownership of projects
• Site visits to check progress and coordinate delivery
• Working with the Operations Manager and Director on programmes and project set-up

The Person:

• Mechanical Building Services / HVAC background with experience running projects or coordinating works
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites when required
