Are you a Quantity Surveyor with strong CVR experience looking to join a family-run builder known for delivering high-quality, high-end residential projects, where you will be trusted to get on with the job and supported as the business grows?

This is a permanent role is with a well-established residential contractor, where you will be properly looked after and given the backing to develop your skills and progress long-term within a close-knit team.

The company specialise in luxury new build and refurbishment projects for high net worth clients and have built a strong reputation for their quality of their work. Due to continued growth and plans to increase their own developments, they are now looking to add an additional Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding workload.

In this role you will be taking ownership of key commercial responsibilities across a range of residential projects. You will manage valuations, variations, take-offs and basic estimating, working closely with the wider team to handle day-to-day commercial enquiries.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with strong CVR experience and solid construction knowledge (including JCT), looking for a stable, long-term position with training support, great projects and genuine scope to progress as the company continues to grow.

The Role:

• Quantity Surveyor position for a well-established residential contractor
• Monthly valuations, variations, take-offs and basic estimating
• Dealing with day-to-day commercial enquiries and supporting project delivery

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor / QS with strong CVR experience
• Good construction knowledge and understanding of JCT
• Experience working on residential or commercial projects
• Full UK driving licence (for occasional site visits)
