Are you a Composite Laminator or Composite Trimmer with pre-preg experience, looking for a stable, long-term position where you can take pride in producing high-quality carbon components?

On offer is a secure permanent role within a well-established specialist composites manufacturer, producing visual carbon parts for a range of technically demanding industries including automotive, aerospace, defence and marine.

In this position you will work to drawings, route cards and work instructions, ensuring each part is completed to the highest standards. You'll be part of a close-knit team environment, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and keeping a clean, well organised working area.

The role will involve laminating pre-preg carbon/glass components, vacuum bagging ready for autoclave cure, as well as post-cure breakout, inspection and finishing work including trimming, drilling and bonding depending on your background.

This role would suit a Composite Laminator / Trimmer looking for long-term stability, steady work and a quality-driven environment where attention to detail is valued.

The Role:

• Laminating composite parts and tooling using pre-preg materials
• Vacuum bagging components ready for autoclave curing
• Post-cure breakout, inspection and identifying/reporting defects
• Trimming, drilling/tapping, bonding and fitting inserts (where required)
• Following drawings, route cards and work instructions while maintaining a clean work area

The Person:

• Composite laminating and/or trimming experience, ideally with pre-preg and autoclave processes
• Comfortable reading drawings and working to tight tolerances
• High attention to detail and able to work to deadlines as part of a team
