37.5 hours, 2 weeks on days (Mon-Fri) and 2 weeks on nights (Mon-Thurs)

Are you a Machine Setter / Operator with experience working within a manufacturing environment, looking for a Monday to Friday role within a successful and profitable global business, offering further career development?

The basic salary can be increased considerably through overtime and shift pay so your overall earnings can be far in excess of £35k.

This is a varied role with a company who have a low staff turnover, which is always a great sign for a future employee. They also supply to a range of sectors meaning they are at lower risk as a business.

The ideal candidate will have previous setting / operating experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment, and looking to join a stable and supportive business with lots of training to progress their skillset.

The Role:

• Setting and operating various machinery
• Maintain and monitor the machines to ensure they function properly
• Carry out material changes and adjust / replace tooling
• Assist and provide technical support for the improvement of manufacturing processes
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Additional Overtime available

The Person:

• Mechanical background
• Experience working with machinery
• Engineering / Manufacturing background
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
