Are you a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a long-term, stable position within a market leading specialist contractor who currently have a full pipeline of work and can offer a genuine long term varied role.

This is a permanent, long-term role with a well-established specialist contractor who offer on the job training so you can continue to progress your skills technically.

The company are known for strong staff retention and a supportive culture, and due to continued workload, they are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can confidently manage contracts and client commercial queries.

In this role you will capture valuations, manage applications, handle early warning notices, and work closely with sub-contractors and the wider commercial team, including oversight of a commercial team member in Exeter.

This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong JCT and NEC knowledge, looking for a secure, long-term role in a business with a great team culture and steady growth.

The Role:

• Permanent, office-based Quantity Surveyor role based in Bristol
• Capturing valuations, producing applications and dealing with client commercial queries
• Contract reading and administration including early warning notices (JCT & NEC)
• Working with sub-contractors and supporting credit control where needed

The Person:

• Quantity Surveying experience
• JCT and NEC contract experience essential
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel as required
