Are you a Senior Contracts Manager, Roofing Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager with flat roofing refurbishment experience looking to take the lead in a growing division where you can build a team and genuinely shape how the department is run?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial roofing contractor, taking ownership of a flat roofing contracts team and playing a key role in building structure, processes and performance as the business continues to grow.

This company work across London and the South of England delivering external refurbishment projects for commercial, industrial and public sector clients. With decades of trading history and a strong pipeline, they are now looking to add a senior leader to drive the flat roofing division forward due to growth.

In this role you will oversee flat roofing refurbishment projects, managing budgets, variations and subcontractors, with regular site visits and responsibility for supervisors and contracts managers beneath you. You will be heavily involved in leading the team and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

This role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager from a commercial flat roofing refurbishment background, looking to step into a senior position with real autonomy, the chance to grow a team and long-term progression.

The Role:

• Leading the flat roofing contracts team across London and the South of England
• Overseeing refurbishment projects, operating as principal contractor
• Managing budgets, variations and commercial elements, including JCT contracts
• Managing subcontractors and overseeing supervisors and contracts managers

The Person:

• Senior Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager with flat roofing refurbishment experience
• Good commercial and contractual knowledge, including JCT contracts and variations
• Proven ability to lead people and take ownership of a team and department performance
