This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction company with exciting expansion plans. Working directly alongside the Director, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, develop your technical skills and take on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

This growing main contractor and construction consultancy specialises in healthcare, industrial and commercial projects, including new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments. Having experienced significant growth in recent years, the company has ambitious plans to expand further, offering an exciting opportunity for someone to develop alongside the business.

In this role, you will work directly with the Director and Project Manager, supporting the commercial management of projects from start to finish. You will gain exposure to both main contracting and quantity surveying consultancy, working across multiple sectors and developing a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in quantity surveying, ideally within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment. However, attitude and ambition are equally important. The company is looking for someone hardworking, technically driven and eager to learn, who wants to take ownership of their work and grow into a more senior position.

The Role:

* Supporting the commercial management of healthcare, industrial and commercial construction projects
* Working directly alongside the Director and Project Manager, gaining hands-on training and experience
* Exposure to main contracting, quantity surveying consultancy and the full project lifecycle
* Increasing responsibility and long-term progression into senior commercial positions

The Person:

* Experience in Quantity Surveying
* Background in construction
* Strong numerical ability, communication skills and attention to detail
* Ambitious, hardworking and eager to develop technically and progress within a growing business
