You will play an important role in supporting the maintenance function, helping to coordinate engineering activities, resolve technical issues and ensure production machinery operates efficiently. This is an opportunity to build on your existing engineering experience while developing your leadership skills within a modern manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• 
  Supporting and coordinating maintenance activities across a modern manufacturing facility.
• 
  Helping to prioritise planned and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• 
  Providing technical support and guidance to engineers on the shop floor.
• 
  Supporting fault-finding and problem-solving to maintain production efficiency.
• 
  Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights.
• 
  Earning £55,000-£57,000 plus overtime, with excellent training and career development opportunities.

The Person:

• 
  An experienced Maintenance Engineer or established Maintenance Team Leader.
• 
  A strong engineering background, ideally with an apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 
  Experience in maintenance and fault-finding within a manufacturing environment.
• 
  Someone with leadership experience or the ambition to step up and take on greater responsibility.
• 
  A proactive individual who enjoys supporting colleagues, solving problems and improving engineering performance.
• 
  Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
